ITINERARY
Have you ever dreamt about to meet the giants of the sea? We bring you closer to some of the biggest animals of our planet than you could have ever imagined.

DAY 1
arrival
pick up at airport San Jose del Cabo. Transfer to Hotel in Cabo San Lucas.

DAY 2
Cabo San Lucas
Early morning Humpback whale watching tour. We snorkel where the Pacific meets the sea of Cortez. Drive along the pacific coast to the historical town of Todos Santos. Lunch in the famous Hotel California. Drive to La Paz. Night at Hotel La Catedral or similar.

DAY 3
Whale Sharks
We search for the biggest fish in the world: The magnificent whale shark. We have very high chances to swim with these gentle giants. Free afternoon, Night in the hotel Catedral or similar.

DAY 4
Espiritu Santo Island
Early in the morning we drive to the remote sea lion colony of Los Islotes. Here we swim with the playful pups and wonder at the beauty of the colourful fish. We explore white sandy beaches, fiery red rocks and beautiful desert landscapes. Espiritu Santo is a UNESCO natural world heritage site and full of wildlife. Night at Hotel La Catedral or similar.

DAY 5
drive to Loreto
Early drive to Loreto. It takes about 4 hours and leads us through beautiful landscapes. Night at Hotel Posada de las Flores or similar.

DAY 6
Blue Whales
Today we search for the largest animal that has ever lived on our planet: the gigantic blue whale. We also have a high chance of spotting bottle nose and common dolphins.

DAY 7
Drive to San Ignacio Lagoon
Drive past beautiful oases and historical town. Arrival at San Ignacio Lagoon. Night in crate in dome tent, while we watch the starry sky and listen to the breaths of the gray whales.

Day 8
Meet the Gray Whales
Today we have two outings into San Ignacio Lagoon. Nowhere in the world you will meet wild whales as closely as here. Night at dome tent in lagoon.

DAY 9
San Ignacio Lagoon
We have another two outings with the charismatic gray whales and their young. We explore Mangrove estuaries and admire the over 200 species of birds that can be found in the lagoon. Night in Lagoon.

DAY 10
San Francisco de la Sierra
We drive into the mountain where we visit a cave with ancient cave paintings. Up to dates scientist are not sure who painted the caves. Night in the oasis of San Ignacio. In Hotel la Huerta or similar.

DAY 11
Drive to Loreto
Drive to Loreto. Night in Posada de las Flores or similar.

DAY 12
Departure
Transfer to Loreto International airport. Departure.
